Cooper Software’s IFS Associate Network is an open network of independent IFS Consultants. We work collaboratively to provide an independent source of expertise and consultancy services for IFS User companies. The focus of this framework is to provide a credible alternative for IFS Users that delivers real benefits while developing mutually beneficial opportunities for all involved.

What is the Opportunity to the Customer?

The customer will have a credible and alternative Supplier with several advantageous resources:

Library of reusable applications and tools that seamlessly integrate into IFS

Typical Solution Delivery Framework:

Each project requires a balance of technical expertise and business consultancy. This is the main reason why IFS Users are forced down the incumbent supplier route when they are considering solutions and support options. Until now there has been no credible alternative.

Associates would provide the necessary on-site business consultancy and Cooper Software would provide a remote development and support service.

We cooperate with our Associates not only for our mutual benefit but most importantly to offer a complete service to our customers. Cooper Software have created an ISO 9001 accredited software development framework, based on best practice. Our development framework is proven to deliver successful applications and solutions to IFS User companies, while designed to encourage and facilitate collaborative and iterative working.

We have also invested in a comprehensive technical infrastructure and support capability. These solutions were made possible using our bespoke Data Access Layer (DAL) that we have developed to enable easy integration to IFS’s Software Oriented Architecture (SOA). We have packaged this to enable the Rapid Solution Delivery of IFS solutions by being easily accessible to myriad software applications and programming languages. Interfacing with the IFS architecture is now easier and is proven to extend the life of implementations.
