Product Architecture

The IFS Extensions^TM we have developed and the solutions they have provided to businesses are made possible using our specifically designed Data Access Layer (DAL). The DAL is at the core of every solution we deliver and is based on an Object Relational Modelling (ORM) architecture; each solution is built upon a consistent, proven and reusable platform. To enhance this technology we have invested heavily in development tools that support Continuous Integration, Automated Testing and Configuration Control – all focused on delivering high quality solutions quickly.

The DAL enables simple and seamless integration to the Service Oriented Component Architecture (SOCA) of IFS and works across all versions. This empowers Cooper Software with the unique capability of delivering a wide variety of bespoke extensions and 3rd party integration. All Cooper Software solutions are designed and developed using our specialist technology and are reusable across all versions of IFS.
