Cooper Software is pleased to announce that it has recently undertaken a project to certify the operations of the business to ISO9001:2015. This latest version of the internationally recognised standard places a greater responsibility on the organisation to ensure that the Quality Management System is aligned to the strategic direction of the business and takes into account the needs of customers, partners and employees.
The organisation has been accredited to ISO9001 for ten years prior to now and recently chose to revise its Quality Management System for accreditation by BSI, a widely recognised and well-respected certification body.
