Cooper Software Achieves Gold Channel Partner Status

Cooper Software Achieves Gold Channel Partner Status">

Cooper Software is delighted to announce they have achieved IFS Gold Channel Partner status. This achievement is the culmination of a successful 10 year partnership between Cooper Software and IFS, which recognises the commitment and investment made by both companies. Gaining Gold Channel Partner status reflects the high level of IFS specialism Cooper Software has displayed when delivering the best quality service to their existing IFS customers, as well as acknowledging that the company is suitably placed to grow the IFS community through new customer acquisitions in IFS’s focused industry sectors.

Throughout their time as an IFS partner, Cooper Software has used their deep-rooted experience across all areas of IFS to consistently deliver for its customers. This has been demonstrated through the 1,500 plus IFS projects successfully delivered to over 200 customers.

Commenting on the achievement, Frank Cooper, Executive Chairman of Cooper Software said: “We pride ourselves on the strength of our customer and partner relationships and achieving Gold Channel Partner status is something that will reinforce our foundations and bring us closer to IFS. It will also ensure our customers will continue to receive first-class service, especially at a time when the IFS product and company are going through an exciting period of change and growth. We wish to thank our customers for allowing us to work with them on a wide range of interesting, challenging and rewarding projects, as without their collaboration, this designation would not be possible. However, this achievement is not giving us cause to rest on our laurels. We are constantly striving to rapidly grow our customer base through the delivery of even better service levels to both new and prospective customers, which will in turn, help them drive value for their own customers.

The acknowledgement of Gold Channel Partner status also means that the company have formalised the specialist areas in which it will take a lead, including Energy, Construction and Manufacturing. This follows three new IFS deals delivered by Cooper Software, the latest of which was in March this year, which was one of the largest deals ever done by a UK IFS Partner.

Continuing his praise for the Cooper Software team, Frank Cooper added, “As a leading IFS Channel Partner in the UK, we constantly evaluate the overall reach and experience of our team in relation to the entire IFS product offering to ensure we are continually developing. In the past month alone, members of our consulting and developer teams have achieved Practicioner certification through the IFS Academy covering areas such as financials and supply chain. This is something we are all very proud of. We are confident that not only do we meet the high levels of knowledge and expertise required as an IFS partner, but we have added a depth of experience across our delivery team that will allow us to demonstrate greater flexibility and increased availability to our customers.”

Alan Laing, Managing Director, IFS UK & Ireland, said, “We are delighted that Cooper Software have achieved Gold Channel Partner status, they have been a valued partner for a number of years already and we look forward to continuing this successful partnership to drive value for our customers.”
